Christian Lintrup (født 1768, død 1844) var en danskfødt lege, og var amtsfysikus (dvs. tilsvarende dagens fylkeslege) i Hedemarkens amt fra 1800 (utnevnt 1799) til 1831. Da han tiltrådte embedet var han en av bare 17 akademisk utdannede leger i Norge. Han tilhørte den generasjon norske leger som var med på å bygge opp en offentlig helsetjeneste i Norge, og hans virke var preget av opplysningstidens rasjonalitet og kunnskapstro.
Lintrup tok medisinsk embedseksamen ved Københavns Universitet i 1798. Han arbeidet allerede fra 1793 som kandidat ved Det Kongelige Frederiks Hospital i København, og var i 1799 licentiatus, doktorgradskandidat med forelesningsplikt. I Norge var han først bosatt på Vang, flyttet i 1803 til Sanderud i Stange og etter at han gikk av med pensjon til sin datter Sophie, gift med Henrik Johan Paus, da bosatt i Elverum.

Norges Læger 1800-1886:
Lintrup, Christian, eneste søn av sogneprest til Magleby og Holtug i Præstø Amt i Sjælland, Jens Lintrup (f. i Løgstør 29-11-1738 død 14-1-1812) og 1ste hustru Frederikke Lovise Schowart (f.1743 død 1768, begr. 29-12), er født i Magleby 12-8-1768, erholdt først i 3 aar undervisning af en huslærer og kom derpaa ind paa Roskilde skole. Dimiteret fra denne skole tog han 1787 artium i Kjøbenhavn, 178 anden examen, begge med beste character, og 1798 medicinsk examen med enstemmigt laud.

Fra 1793-1799 var han ansatt som candidat ved Frederiks Hospital og blev 21-6-1799 udnævnt til Landphysicus i Hedemarkens Amt. Han oppgiver i 1818 sine indtægter foruden gagen til omtrent 250 spd. aarlig. I 1820 og de nærmest følgende aar maatte han paa grund av sygdom lade embedet bestyre ved corpslæge Buchwald og erholdt 20-9-1831 afsked med pension

Da Hedemarkens Amtssygehus ifølge rescr. 30-9-1803 flyttedes fra Kongsvinger til Sanderud i Stange, blev han læge ved dette sygehus og vedblev i denne stilling indtil ca. 1840. Han boede først i Vang og flyttede 1803 til gaarden Sanderud; sine sidste dage tilbragte han i huset hos sin datter, der var gift med procurator Henrik Johan Paus, fader til districtslæge Ole Paus. Døde 13-5-1844.

Gift med Johanne Margrethe Hoelfeldt, f. i Vanse 5-10-1774, døde 25-2-1834, datter av majoe Christopher Henrik Hoelfeldt og Ambrosia Paludan. - Flere børn.
